    Strategy Committee

    It is responsible for developing a comprehensive strategy for the academy.

    Curriculum and Action Plan Committee

    It is responsible for determining the curricula to be offered by the academy and developing a long-term action plan.

    Funding and Sustainability Committee

    It is responsible for securing funding sources for the academy and establishing partnerships with new sponsors to ensure the academy's sustainability.

    Venue Committee

    It is responsible for securing a permanent location for the academy, replacing its current temporary site, to expand the academy's activities locally and regionally.
